What we offer
Kopman & Associates offers a full range
of insurance related employee benefits products. Being an independent
broker, we can do business with any carrier licensed in the state
of Arizona. We choose, however, to only do business with the best
of them whenever possible.
• Group Health Insurance - We work with only
the finest carriers, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona,
Aetna, Healthnet, United, Lifewise, Humana and First HSA Bank. PPO,
HMO and HSA plans available.
• Group Dental Insurance – There are
several fine dental carriers available. Some of our favorites are
Principal, Jefferson Pilot, Delta Dental and Humana. PPO, DMO and
Indemnity plans available.
• Group Short and Long Term Disability –
An essential benefit for the financial well being of your employees.
Many companies choose to utilize short term disability as their
sick pay plan or to fund maternity leave.
• Group Life Insurance – One of the
least costly of all employee benefits, group life insurance gives
your employees and their spouses a sense of financial security,
and financial help for the surviving spouse, when they need it most.
• Other Group Benefits – A full array
of ancillary plans are available at little or no cost to the employer.
Vision, cancer, international medical, and retirement savings plans
are a few examples. Utilizing companies that offer an array of voluntary
plans such as Aflac, is an easy way to improve your company benefits
at no cost to you or your company. In fact, offering Aflac can save
your company money by lowering payroll taxes.

directly through Kopman & Associates or through one of our affiliates.
